I have trained many clients, male and female ranging from 10 years old to 80. My clients average 12-24 pounds of fat loss in my 12 week program. In my 12 week program, we see incredible REAL sustainable results. I have seen many people transform their lives, their bodies and their families lives as well.

I have been training clients for 3 years now, and my 12 week program has adapted from my experience, new research and real, in-the-trenches results and feedback. My clients make permanent changes and thus, see permanent results. My fat loss claims are not puffed up or preternatural. My clients experience solid, steady FAT loss. We focus on losing fat, not just weight because my clients lose fat - not water weight and muscle as happens in all diets that are proponents of losing more than 2lbs. per week.

I have recently started an at home program that I believe to be my best program yet. My program is personalized to suit your specific health needs and necessary accommodations. The nutrition portion of the plan is designed around your needs, goals and progress. The exercise prescription is also tailored to your body's strengths and weaknesses. This is not a cookie-cutter program you will get in a diet book or online article.
