If you are new to my blog, this is the place to start. Many people who come to me for fat loss or health advice want me to talk about some advanced new principle that will help them lose 30 lbs in 30 days or some other ridiculous claim that they've heard lately. My response to this is rather boring, but I promise if you follow the principles I discuss, the outcome will be phenomenal!
