Rachael
Her story
Rachael is one of the toughest clients I have trained. When she started my program, she was already in excellent cardiovascular condition and worked out regularly. She had completed a triathlon and enjoyed working out. But her workouts were ineffective for two reasons. She neglected to weight train and her diet was not in check. After learning how to incorporate fat burning foods into her diet and staying in "fat burning mode" through fat-blasting, metabolically stimulating workouts, she was finally able to break through a plateau and see real results for the first time in a long time. Incorporating the weight training helped to sculpt her body, and she put on 3lbs of muscle while dieting!
Rachael was not without obstacles along her transformation journey. She had to juggle being a mother to 3 young children, several responsibilities in her church and all this took place over the spring and summer when she had multiple vacations and trips! The odds were against her and she had several reasons to give up, but she never did. She was dedicated and willing to put in the work.
Because of her great commitment, she lost 16 lbs. of fat while simultaneously putting on shaping muscle. She finally looks like the athlete that she is! Completing such a challenging program has given her new confidence and a glow about her that just radiates. She plans to continue working with me, working towards her goal weight, but her transformation at the end of the 12 week program is amazing! With her focus and determination, I am sure she will achieve whatever goals she sets for herself!
Lisa
Her story
Lisa is a beautiful, wonderful mother to 5 children! With each pregnancy she never lost the baby weight and after years of having children, it was time to get back into shape and get her energy back. Lisa completed my at home 12 week nutrition and wellness program and lost a total of 18 lbs and several inches off her body in that short time period! Her fat loss was simply phenomenal. Being a mother to 5, she learned how to eat healthy as a family, and I am sure her entire family will benefit for years to come! No one can underestimate the power of a mother who is dedicated to her's and her family's health. She is one of the most positive, inspirational people I know and consider it a blessing to have had the opportunity to train her.
Brittany
Her story
When Brittany came to me, she was diagnosed with thyroid problems which explained her recent weight gain. Brittany has been thin the majority of her life, so she was frustrated with her weight gain and inability to lose weight, even after getting on thyroid medication. She was eating far too few calories and not incorporating a consistent weight training program, two things that contribute to stalls in fat loss.
We made adjustments to her caloric intake and put her on a fat burning, metabolically stimulating weight routine and her stubborn fat began to come off. Week by week she lost fat, until by the end of my program, she had lost a total of 14 lbs! Even more impressive is her body fat analysis. She lost 10% body fat and gained 2.5 lbs of muscle! That actually puts her at 16 lbs of pure fat loss! WOW! She has worked so hard, and learned, through my program and techniques, to eat to lose weight! Fantastic job Brittany! You are amazing!
Kaela
Her story

Following the principles of my 12 week program, eating clean and creating a completely active, healthy lifestyle, Kaela has lost a total of 41 lbs! Not only has she kept it off, but she continues to lose weight week by week!
She did it slowly, over the course of 16 months, but for her, this slow, steady pace is what has made this time different than her past failed attempts. Her fat loss will be permanent because her lifestyle has changed and she has realized that extreme weight loss methods do not work in the long run. She has one child and knows how hard it is to workout with a busy toddler. But she makes no excuses and consistently presses forward towards a healthier and more fit body so that she can be there for her son and fiance for years to come! Kaela is an inspiration, a role model, and an incredible sister! Love you Kaela!

Angie was one of my first clients to complete my 12 week program, and she is one that I am very proud of. When she came to me she was frustrated and tired and ready for a real change in her life. Over the course of my program she worked harder and smarter and began to rethink her relationship with food. By the end of the 12 week program she shed lots of fat, but more importantly, she completely changed her lifestyle. What a transformation! She went from a very sedentary individual to an athletic, active role model to her family and friends! Her training with me did not stop after 12 weeks, she continued to devote herself to exercise and eating healthy fat burning foods and has worked hard ever since. I'm happy to report that after 3 years, she has not put the weight back on! Way to go Angie!
Here's what Angie has to say about my program:
When I signed up for the free fitness analysis at Snap, I had been a member of the gym for several months but not attending regularly. I was at a point where I knew I needed to do something to change my lifestyle. I was facing possibly having to take thyroid medication, but I wanted to try and see if the problems I was having could be fixed instead by changing my unhealthy lifestyle. I challenged myself and began working out more regularly. I began to feel a little better, but still was not seeing any results on the scale. I was looking at the website and decided I needed a fitness analysis to see where I needed the most work. When I got this done, Jenae helped me to know what target heart rates I needed to be at to get my maximum results from the cardio workouts. I decided at that point to take advantage of the personal training Snap offered and learn how to effectively work out to get the results I wanted.
Since starting my personal training sessions with Jenae 7 months ago, I have lost a total of 4% body fat and gained 2% muscle. I have lost 14 inches as well as 14 lbs. I have also gained tremendous amounts of energy and stamina. I now enjoy coming home from work and spending time playing with my 5 year old son instead of just sitting around "resting" like I used to. I truly believe had I not signed up for the personal training classes, I would still be struggling with my weight and possibly taking medications that are not needed. This has been one of the best decisions of my life.

Her story
Stephanie has always been active. She runs regularly and lifts weights, and even competed in a triathlon. Stephanie also just so happens to be my workout buddy and bestie! Before her transformation, she looked great, but always struggled with stubborn belly fat. She decided that she wanted to take her fitness to the next level, so she approached me about training her for a Figure Competition, a division in body building where women compete at low levels of body fat and symmetrically balanced, shapely muscle. (And yes, the judge you on how tan you are...that's why she is so tan in the picture.)
Her case is not typical from my average client, in that she started relatively lean to begin with and got extremely lean for the competition. Her results are typical however, in that most of my clients lose 12-20 lbs in my 12 week program. She lost 15 lbs of fat, lost several inches off her waist, hips and thighs and lost 6% body fat...all in 12 weeks! She is living proof that it is possible to achieve a flat tummy after having kids---Stephanie is a mother to 3 children under 5! Congrats Steph!
